Construction

The specialists at KH TEC construct products to meet your requirements at state-of-the-art workplaces. We use SolidWorks and SolidCAM software for this. This allows us to read and process all conventional drawing formats and geometries.

Turning / milling

We process the material with the utmost precision using our ultra-modern CNC turning and milling machinery. Specially trained employees guarantee a consistently high standard of quality.

Welding

KH TEC uses the TIG welding process. From manual welding to automatic welding and robotic use, we are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Our highly-qualified welding personnel and the welding procedure itself are subject to regular inspections and the connected certifications. We are inspected in accordance with AD 2000 - Datasheet HP 0, HP 100 R, DIN EN 729-2, DIN EN ISO 3834-2.

Surface processing

Surface processing takes place in-house at KH TEC. As a result, KH TEC has all processes firmly under control. All processing procedures from grinding, pickling, electropolishing through to glass blasting are used in the KH TEC production department. The surface standard of components that come into contact with products is defined with a surface roughness of Ra < 0.8 µm. It goes without saying that we can also guarantee surface roughnesses of up to 0.2 µm in the individual case. These are documented by us if required on the basis of a measurement report.

Final assembly / Goods-out inspection

During the final assembly, the individual components are assembled, inspected and documented with the greatest care. Among other things, the standardised testing procedure includes pressure testing, surface roughness measurement, the δ delta ferrite content measurement, dye-penetrant technique, riboflavin tests and the endoscopic visual inspection.
